I have been visiting Serenity for a few years now to have my eyebrows threaded and lip waxed. I’ve never had a bad experience and have always come away happy with the results. The staff are always friendly and chatty, and when I went back after lockdown they recognised and remembered me which was really lovely.

Had my 1st shellac manicure today and honestly I couldn't be more happier. Easy to find location, the atmosphere very calm and relaxing, and I absolutely love my nails. I even had a mini hand massage at the end. What I loved the most is the fact that was no judgments,sometimes I feel self conscious about my hands and nails. Lovely day. Thank you

Nigit was great. So welcoming and professional. You could really tell she had been doing it for years, so quick and barely hurt. Would recommend to anyone wanting a wax, very thorough and perfectly waxed!
