Have only had a massage twice before, so was a bit apprehensive in case it was too hard for me (I'm a senior lady). Needn't have worried, Jodie used just the right amount of pressure, firm but not painful. Felt SO good afterwards, and no aches or pains the next day.

Lovely, very relaxed, felt that Jodie was experienced, very capable and knowledgeable in reflexology. Jodie gave good feedback at the end of the session in a calm and gentle manor and confirmed my areas of concern and also highlighted an additional area for reflection.
