jodie welcoming,room clean/nicely decorated but cold.Bed small width, hard & uncomfortable so difficult to relax.massage was gentle with basic techniques, >pressure not offered.abprupt ending & 10mins short of treatment time.to much oil left on skin.

Really nice pedicure, Jodie is lovely and did a great job. Only reason I marked down for atmosphere was due to the noise coming from the salon and the chair wasn’t overly comfortable to sit in for an hour. But for the price I am more than happy with the service.

Had a lovely experience at Serene, Jodie’s massage was very nice and thorough. The salon was clean and the oils smelt lovely and relaxing music was playing. Some constructive feedback check if pressure is ok as at some points on back it did hurt on ribs - The length of the treatment was not as advertised so I had booked 40 minute back neck and shoulders and 30 minute head and face, the whole treatment had finished after 50 minutes- I would return if this was rectified in future.
