New in my area so decided to try & when passing asked if they did LVL & was told yes so booked online. The salon is small but owner was friendly & I felt comfortable, with the 1 exception of I didn't find the radio station very relaxing, more something I'd expect in a nail bar than when having treatments. The product used however is NOT LVL and my lashes barely looked any different, totally inferior product, my lashes felt dry and brittle after but she did offer to redo them in 2 weeks.

Damaged my eyebrows which she told me about after my treatment and was apologetic but now I have no eyebrows and I don't know what to do about it. I paid for russian full set which is more expensive and I didn't get what I paid for. I got the cheaper one with gaps in my eyelashes and by the time I walked to my car the lashes were falling out. At this point I was so tired I just wanted to get home and cry, I was so disappointed to be honest.
