Went for 2nd lash lift as 1st hadn't worked. They advertise LVL but use something else - totally inferior product. Bed is under v bright light, not ideal, Capital xtra blaring not relaxing. She answered her phone not once but 3x DURING my treatment & then left her mobile on the bed right by my head all of which I found highly inappropriate & unprofessional. Left w dry sore lashes & bits of tint all over my face at end. Going here is like having your neighbour do your treatment not a salon. 😕
