Don't go for the atmosphere, there was the hairdresser who asked how luck length I wanted to cut and didn't bother about which cut style I wanted or if wanted it straight or not at the end. There were two other people in the salon whom were just killing time and eating food. Not ideal.
But at the end of the day the cut was really good and quick, so if you want good result on a basic cut style, cheap price and don't care too much about the atmosphere, this is your place!
