No frills - all I was asked was how long I wanted my hair and then he cut it in a dead straight line all to one length without asking me about shape or style. My hair was blow waved but then straightened so I had no volume at all which defeated the purpose. Fine for a no frills 40 minute wash, cut and dry (and straighten in my case), but I can't say I enjoyed sitting there in silence just wondering what's going to happen next. I also put my coat And bag on the floor against the wall and when I picked it up I had to brush all of the dust off of my things - everything else looked averagely clean.
