Here, you are supported by a L5 Soft Tissue therapist who understands the balance between training hard for your next PB, working long hours, or simply wanting to look after your body throughout the day to day demands of life. The goal is to help you feel stronger, move well, and be more at ease in your body.

Appointments for the same day can be booked here with 3 hours notice. For last minute bookings or to schedule simultaneous appointments, please email sensara.massage@gmail.com or whatsapp us on 07546913656 to check availability.

If you can no longer make your appointment, kindly allow at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness, at the therapist’s discretion.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is unfit for massage, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to the therapist’s safety.
