Therapist was pleasant. The massage it self was not relaxing also it did not help alleviate the tension in my neck and shoulders. Some techniques felt incorrectly applied which cause discomfort.

I found my session with Louis very relaxing and a great massage. I liked the mix of therapies which really helped ease the pain in my shoulder and I left feeling so much better. Louis was very professional and gave me advice on how to manage my shoulder pain until my next session. The venue was really lovely too.
