The beautiful Senergize garden & treatment studio instantly conjured an oasis of serenity from the hubbub of the bustling city. I've been receiving treatments from Louis for quite a while, so I knew that I would be in more than competent hands; I just relaxed and allowed the magic to happen. As usual, the treatment left me feeling at peace; with a noticeable absence of any tension and pain. I returned to the street, refreshed and rejuvenated.

My whole experience was wonderful. Louis is a warm & welcoming therapist who makes you feel calm from the moment he greets you. His massage room has a very tranquil environment & I felt very relaxed during my time there. He has a wealth of experience so he knew how to target my chronically, troublesome areas. As a result, I left relieved of my usual aches & soreness. I will definitely book again with Louis :)

I felt so good after my last treatment from Louis that I couldn’t wait to go back for another one. This time I had a sports massage and Louis didn’t disappoint - he found all my sore spots and I left feeling like I was floating. Now I just have to decide what to have next.
