Our visit was truely awful. We specifically requested their rose gold chrome nail however, what they don't tell you on the phone (if they ever answer or get back to you if you leave a voicemail) is that despite- admittedly- being a few minutes late to the appointment they will not allow you to choose this option as it takes the full 45 minutes. I know personally from previous experience that this is not the case. We travelled from afar to have these nails done for a 25th birthday. But the rudeness from the staff left me in shock. Will not be returning here again. Complete lack of communication that could have been rearranged if they ever got back to their clients.
