Expensive for the treatment - shape and file was good. No cuticle work, shellac polish was badly done, air bubbles, and not enough coats so you can see through and very lumpy. Atmosphere was dull and staff weren't very friendly.

I had a shellac and basic shape. They have a great colour selection and the two times I have been it is has been an impeccable application. Would highly recommend.

Salon and my therapist were great, reception were very unhelpful. I called 30 mins in advance to say I was running a bit late and she told me I should just come anyway and if she can't see me then I'll have to ask Treatwell for a refund. Didn't try to find me another appointment or move it even though she said there was a free one an hour later. But the wax was brilliant and the therapist was quick.
