I'm very upset with the unprofessionalism of this place and I would not recommend if you don't want to be treated like crap.
I spent an hour of my time getting mirror nails- i wanted a rose gold mirror effect and the manicurist tells me I can pick 'any colour I want'. After 3 layers of pink polish she places the mirror effect - and the final result is a pure ugly silver ! Absolutely not what I wanted.
They tell me that even though I don't have to pay for a mirror effect, I have to pay for shellac anyway because they spent an hour of their time doing it and I 'should have told them sooner'. They also felt they remedied the situation by putting another non-shellac colour on top in order to hide the silver. So I ended up with a temporary normal pink colour to hide several layers of gel. Their huffing and obvious annoyance with ME also proceeded to make me very uncomfortable the whole time.
It is the professional manicurists responsibility to inform me beforehand that the colour combination I picked doesn't work, as I am not a nail technician! What is the point of applying 3 layers of pink if the final result is pure silver? Clearly the manicurist did not know what she was doing, but they just blame me, and I have to pay for a shellac anyway ? Go to wah nails or many of the other chains for cool nails and a reliable service.

Lovely manicurist and shellac manicure. I usually come here every couple of weeks and found the receptionist/ manager quite rude this time/ not very welcoming (a different one to normal). No offer of a drink of water (manicurist had to get this half way through) and a dampener to the actual treatment and manicurist - which itself is always lovely.

The waxing was ok but the service was very "minimum" and the cleanness of the room was low. Anyway, I would recommend it for an unpretentious waxing.
