The beautician was lovely and chatty and made me feel at ease. Every beautician has a bit of a different technique and since I hadn't been to see her it took a little moment to get used to, but she was very competent.

Venue is flexible, booked the wrong appointment and they still could deliver what I wanted. Very quick. However the wax was a little too hot so burnt my skin slightly
