The place is small and cute, and the staff is nice but they mostly talk to each other and don't engage with you that much. My manicure was lovely overall, but there are small spots where the top coat is missing because the technician was in a rush and missed them, which is a shame.

My appointment was moved several times, but I got seen too as soon as I got the venue so that was fine. My manicurist was great, she got straight to work and really made an effort with the details. However the other manicurist felt it appropriate to take personal calls and speak infront of her client and me, about a situation that was not appropriate. I didn't feel as well looked after as I did the first time that I went but would still go back and give them the benefit of the doubt.
