The salon is really quiet and the atmosphere was cozy and familiar. Girls are very nice and professional, I really appreciated the care Hathi had for my nails ;)

I booked a luxury pedicure as a birthday treat. However, on the day of the appointment, I was running late and called ahead to let them know I’d be about 15 minutes late, which I was. They informed me that 1 hour and 15 minutes wouldn’t be enough time to do a luxury pedicure and I thought ‘fair enough’. I turn up and my full shellac pedicure, including removal is done within 50 minutes. To leave 20 minutes early when I’d turned up 15 minutes late made me feel like I’d been cheated somewhat. I had never been to the salon before so I had no idea how long it actually takes the technicians to do each treatment and I understand some are quicker than others but I feel that an attempt should have been made to give me the luxury treatment I’d booked for.
The ‘full’ pedicure I’d received was ok - the foot scrub wasn’t that thorough but I was really pleased (and still am two weeks later) with the finish of my nails. I will book again but maybe with another technician.
