quick visit, but last time i was 15 mins late and they wouldnt take me or offer a partial refund so wasnt too happy about that (my fault for sure but you think they'd let me rebook)

The manicure was fine, but my main take away from the experience was my disappointment in the salon staff. I was told to “come here whatever your name is”, they talked loudly to each other about quite crude subject matters and were rude about a client who was running late, joking that they would all be giving her “death stares”. It made me extremely uncomfortable and honestly spoiled the whole treatment for me as I just wanted to get out of the salon as quickly as possible. I’ve never experienced anything like it at any other salon in London. I may have caught them on a bad day but it has put me off wanting to return unfortunately.
