I paid an extra £10 to have my previous gel removed (ridiculously over priced), but straight away the nail beautician made it clear she was stressed for time and wanted to file my nails instead of soak them for an appropriate time but would be ‘careful’ because of her next client coming in at 6:45. My appointment was at 6pm for a gel removal and then a 6:15pm shellac shape and paint, not even a proper manicure. The actual shellac job is brilliant and I think the beauticians are all fantastic at shellac- I’ve been to a few of them over the last year, really they are SO great!! Some of the best. However, this time I was made to feel rushed and had to have my shellac filed which I would always rather not when paying extra to have a good service.
