I had my second visit here for a hollywood wax and I wasn't disappointed. The process was as painless as possible, the lady was very nice and helpful, everything was done in 20 minutes. Totally recommend!

It was the end of the day staff were slightly rude on arrival, I arrived early and wasn't offered a drink until the beautician was ready for my treatment. While I was waiting someone was running 5 minutes late for their appointment and the beautician looked and sounded very annoyed- quite an awkward situation to watch. The treatment was good- I ended up going for a eye brow wax instead of the tint. The treatment was great and the lady who did it was lovely.
