Staff was great although nothing special about service despite what they were made out to be. Procedure was rushed and not relaxing. Perhaps just a bad time of the day?

The nails were done well and you can tell they're focused on nail health and not cutting corners and assembly line beauty therapy like most other London salons. Only problem there was too much loud chatting from a member of staff for what's meant to be a relaxing experience. Also as cute as the dogs are they smell so again, not great for a spa-like ambiance.

The usual staff are great and very skilled (I've had a brilliant previous experience at Selfish) however I had a temporary member of staff this time and the quality of the treatment was not up to the usual standard unfortunately. I will still absolutely return but this time was disappointing, compared the my previous faultless experience.
