I was 8 minutes late for my treatment and the salon manager reprimanded me as soon as I walked in the door in front of the therapist. Sometimes being late is unavoidable and I knew that this woukd result in a shorter treatment. I had already prepaid so it was not really an issue for the salon...the treatment was great but sadly due to the customer service, I won’t be returning.

A hidden gem of a salon in Shoreditch. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment. The staff was very communicative with me in assuring they had the right services prepared. They took me right at my appointed time and finished quickly and wonderfully. I loved the decor and ambiance of the salon.
