I’ve been a regular here for while, it’s really convenient and the waxing is high quality with friendly service however they seem to have a new receptionist and she was super rude. I was greeted with a ‘next time if you don’t reconfirm we’ll cancel’ rather than a smile and hello and other passive aggressive comments grilling me as to why I hadn’t checked my phone (I have a job?). It was quite baffling to arrive to and very OTT for a regular client who has never cancelled or been late. I can abide by new policies (although it’s pretty tedious to book through an app, provide card details and still be asked to call them to confirm again) but they need to be communicated. It’s a shame as I liked Elena but I won’t be returning.
