The overall experience was ok, I was welcomed when I arrived but it looked like the member of staff who greeted me was doing her own nails. When I mentioned I didn't want colour they offered to buff my nails instead for the same money. The manicure was nothing special - no massage or hand cream afterwards - and I felt it was a bit expensive when compared to similar manicures at Nails Inc. The salon was clean but with some rather odd music ("Thriller" by Michael Jackson was playing when I arrived) and not a particularly friendly layout. But I would go again by virtue of it being close to my office.
