The salon is tricky to find but staff was nice. My appointment ran late by a few minutes even though there was no one in front of me. Very small and it doesn’t really looks like the pictures. Small rooms. The beauty room was clean but the beautycian didn’t really make conversation so it was a very awkward silence. She did a good job overall. I’d only go back for an urgent appointment not really as my usual place.

Experience was not great. My appointment was booked at 5pm, at 5.03pm I received a call asking me where I was. I replied saying I was around the corner and am not even 5 minutes late. the lady replied they close at 6. They made me feel very anxious as they wanted to finish at 6pm and can feel they were worried. The lady doing my nails was lovely, but my friend was getting her pedicure done by Jade (think that is her name), who was awful. Really loud, was being quite rude about a customer who tried to come in to get her nails done. She even said that she comes in hungover on Sundays and that at the end of the day she is so tired. Things I do not want to hear as I was there end of day Sunday. My appointment was shortened and was told they would get Treatwell to refund me. still haven't heard anything.
