Hathi is an amazing nail artist, she did a great job and I’m more than happy with the design she did. On the other hand, Ksenia the salon manager was not very friendly or welcoming and kept pushing for a cheaper manicure than I paid for because I was less than 10 minutes late (of which I made the salon aware by giving them a call). Definitely not a nice service from her part!
