Arrived at opening time - all the staff were in a rush and pretty grumpy. That didn’t last long though and on the whole it was good. My therapist Honorine was fantastic. The wax is was also great - very professional and quick.

First time having LVL, really happy with the result. The beautician was really friendly and attentive during the process. Could be helpful to provide more aftercare for first timers, but this can be googled too. Would recommend going here and will be back.

Lovely place to go for a pamper, prompt service and well delivered.
Decor and interior so lovely and company. Perfect spot for it in Shoreditch,
Quick piece of advise to staff and management, staff were lovely and welcoming and delivered a prompt service- but the complaints about having to be at work and comments about other customers who've left just now, leave a little bad taste in the mouth as you leave yourself.....
Otherwise it's awesome
