Just unprofessional behaviour - the staff (not the first time) is with attitude, no customer orientation - the manicure lady looks upset, doesn’t say/ask anything, no eye contact, clearly shows that she’s pissed with what she’s doing and communicates as minimal as possible. They all chat between themselves and act it non professional behaviour. For the prices that they operate they should have proper customer service compared to their competitors around. Wouldn’t go again because of the ambience.

Love going to this little salon hidden on this small street off of Shoreditch High Street. They are really friendly and professional. Almost painless waxing and they make you feel at ease. Definitely recommend!
