I’m a regular customer and have been for over a year but today’s appointment was a total disaster and I’m considering switching to another salon. To put it simply, one of the worst shellac manicures I’ve ever had - the nail polish was all over my cuticles and skin and so the shellac came off almost immediately! I also booked a full manicure but the job was done in 35 minutes, could have used that 10 minutes to work on the details and ensure the quality of the mani... Complete waste of my time and money, I’m so disappointed with today’s visit! :(
