The venue is nice and easy to find. The beauty therapist was lovely and the treatment was exactly what was expected with loads of clear explanations and advice. The only thing that could improve was the person at the door. She was not really interested in making the experience pleasant, did not listen to what was said to her therefore was unable to answer any questions that were posed, both on the way in and the way out. Other than that, a pretty good experience.
