I had a gel manicure today at Selfish Shoreditch at 3.35pm. I arrived on time and waited for half an hour before being seen. When I was eventually seen the therapist took an 1h35 minutes to do a simple gel manicure. Even the other members of staff were asking her what was taking so long. All in all I spent over two hours in the salon for an appointment which was supposed to take 45 minutes.
