Extremely good attention to detail on the manicure, although was a bit rough with maneuvering and buffing. But made up for it with excellent quality of end result, a lot of care taken to make it perfect.

Nice gel mani but the cuticle work and filing bit were not done properly - after one day there are already dry skins around my nails and because the stylist rushed through gel application there are bits that are already chipping. All in all, not bad but I’m not sure I’ll be coming back

Nails looked good, but the day after the gel on one of my nails chipped. I called and they booked me in for a repair appointment the day after without any problems. The repair was a bit confusing as we weren’t quite sure which colour gel was applied (we had it wrong the first time so we had to redo it another time - would have been helpful if they would register the colour used). Happy with the end result now.

This used to be my go to salon, however the customer service was not great this time. By mistake I had booked a manicure with removal although I didn’t need a removal. I obviously did not ask for any money back as this was my mistake, however nobody even tried to make me feel better about it. Out of curtesy they could have given me a hand scrub or anything that doesn’t require any effort. But they chose not to care at all.
