Amazing! First and not the last visit. I went to Shoreditch branch while I supposed to go to Spitalfields one because of refurbishments. I called receptionist and she guided me here and gave me additional time to arrive. Top customer service. Additionally, wax was great and Shannon was very careful and precise. Thank you!

I received the lash treatment at the Spitalfields salon. Love the result, but I prefer the Shoreditch venue - it's warmer and brighter somehow...

Good location, place was nice. Wasn’t the best wax I’ve had, lots of patchy areas still left which is disappointing.
