Great facial, Elena was so friendly and welcoming. The face and neck massage included was extra great! My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is you could hear people in the nail salon which is a tiny bit distracting and also I didn’t receive the hand treatment that was supposed to be included in my ‘Le Grand Classique, deep pore cleansing, restoration and relaxing’ facial - I didn’t realise until after I left which is why I didn’t mention it at the time. But other than that it was relaxing, thank you:)
