Booked in for a 7PM appointment, with the salon closing at 8PM. There was difficulty with the app booking take off, so I had to book a different service. I arrived at 7:10 and explained. The shellac was removed and it was efficiently reapplied. There was no cuticle work at all, nor soaking in water. I was in and out within 35 minutes. I appreciate the booking confusion but given the salon was empty and there was 50 minutes until advertised closing, it would be nice not be treated with hostility.
