I use Treatwell very often and was really surprised by the negative experience I got when I visited Selfish, as I have never had a bad experience before by booking through this website, after checking out the reviews I thought this place would be amazing, but I was so disappointed. The lady who did my nails and the receptionist both were incredibly childish and loud, taking more time to chat with each other than acknowledging my existence, during my appointment the nail technician was on her phone half of the time and all together came across as very unprofessional, you could also see that the hand towel on which my hands were rested was quite stained and dirty and there was a paper towel above it unsuccessfully trying to cover it. Overall I expected a lot more from an establishment in such a good location as Shoreditch and I think I wasted my money by choosing this beauty salon.
