A thorough wax but not great overall experience. There are a couple of points about the experience I would suggest change: - My therapist was 10mins late to start my appointment. - It's obvious that the staff are not very happy from the chatter in the salon. It was more evident during my treatment. love chatting with a therapist but to dive straight in with work complaints was a little unprofessional - The towel used to cover me had been used a few times before. There was a lot of hair on it. Please change the towel after every client. - As a general rule, I prefer visiting a salon that doesn't double dip their spatula. Although some people don't mind, this is something I would be a policy I would like to see implemented
