shellac manicure wasn't that great. it wasn't neat and it felt very rushed. after the filing and shaping she didn't ask me to wash my hands which caused the nail dust going all over the nail affecting the application. also the tools were not soaked in anticeptic alcohol so they used it on one client after another. I also had to file some of the unevenly applied polish off the edges myself, when I have paid to have someone do it. i get shellac manicures every two weeks so I've had a fair share of what's good and bad, so quite disappointed unfortunately. nicely decorated salon and they offered me a tea which was the positives.

I LOVE this place. The place itself looks very stylish, it's always clean and girls in there are very polite and friendly. Their manicure always looks great and lasts forever and also they have an amazing variety of shellac colours.(any technician you would go to would do an amazing job). Also they use UV steriliser for their tools which is the most hygienic way to clean them and I haven't seen it in other venues in London I visited.
Also Elena always makes hollywood waxing almost painless and quick!
