Waxer did not wear gloves and claimed it was for better grip. The hairs were not removed from root and grew back rapidly - it was then insinuated that this was because it was summer and hair grows faster in summer...

The lady who did my wax was nice, but the wax itself was painful. She waxed the same area repeatedly and also missed a few spots.
