The technician did a good job on my nails and was friendly - good service all around. However I was asked to arrive early to remove my previous shellac and not told that this would cost me £10 extra (and this wasn't on Treatwell either). As this was only my second time I wasn't aware of this charge, perhaps others with more experience would have expected it. I thought this was bad value for money and will likely look for something cheaper in future.

The star were wonderful. I requested a simple service and they were very thorough. I would definitely go again. I thought there prices were the best I've seen in central London for a while. They even have a loyalty service if you are to attend regularly.

After two days I still have red and inflamed skin around my eyebrows. Maybe because my skin is too sensitive or because the wax was too hot...
Apart from that, the stylist left some small hairs she couldn't remove, but I did it after when I went home.
