I had a therapeutic acupressure massage with Tosh following on from a recommendation. The building is down a really nice little street in Reading, from which Tosh answered the door and introduced himself. The space is very quiet and not at all clinical. Tosh listened to my concerns and then did a thorough assessment before proceeding. He ensured I was comfortable throughout, which I was. He did fantastic work on the tensions in my lower back, neck and shoulders. After the massage I felt that not only was I able to stretch further, but my chest felt looser and I was able to breathe deeper. The space was very clean comfortable. Tosh did fanstsic work and I will be going to him again.

I booked very last minute due to an agonising trapped nerve in my shoulder. I had not had a 'therapeutic' kind of massage before but I knew the normal relaxing massage would be useless. I also realised my problem was due to a whole range of lifestyle factors that have done me harm. Tosh is very professional and I immediately felt in safe hands. I was a little nervous as I had never had any treatments by a man before but I need not have worried. I could have had the whole treatment with my clothes but opted for the one with oil - like all therapists Tosh is an expert at manoeuvring towels and I felt very comfortable with everything at all times. I would not describe the treatment as pleasant but that is no doubt hugely due to the terrible condition I am in. It has really woken me up to how I need to start taking much greater care of myself before my body lets me down! The treatment covered the whole body, toes to head with a blurring variety of moves, Tosh applies pressure and pulls and stretches every inch of you. My pain was massively reduced when I left and I have rebooked in two weeks for another as I realise I have a lot to sort to get my body working. I was so impressed I went home and immediately booked an appointment for my daughter. I wanted her to really understand how the body works and what it needs and not end out like me! She does not have the issues I do but she said she was thoroughly blown away by the treatment and understanding what the body needs. I think she intends to get back into yoga and other activities pronto to keep her body movements as they should be. I highly recommend Tosh. If you actually want to improve your body rather than have a Swedish massage 'let's fall asleep' treatment I cannot recommend Tosh highly enough. He is a very respectful guy and even though I've really 'got into a bad way' he was not judgmental or critical. I look forward to really improving the state of my body over the coming weeks and months. Obviously treatments are a key part of that but I've been stretching away since the treatment and intend to keep this up!

A much needed massage after 5 years and 2 children, Tosh spent time working out where my problems lay and went over and above to help allieviate the pain and tension I had been experiencing. Clearly very experienced and worth every penny I will definitely be back thank you :)

Tosh was knowledgeable and really identified where I needed most attention in the massage. He used a range of techniques and was fantastic when discussing what I should do and how to improve my posture. He was professional and the massage was really great. Highly recommended

Brilliant experience. I booked this on the off-chance and the unprepossessing door in a back street of Reading hides a great secret! Tosh was able to diagnose immediately from my gait and posture what needed to be done (more and different to what I expected) and spent 90 minutes doing both deep tissue massage and manipulation. I felt the benefits immediately and will definitely be going back for more! Thoroughly recommended.
