Tosh was very knowledgeable and professional. I had suffered a recent back injury, so was a little anxious, but he put me at ease, and definitely managed to improve my range of movement during the session.

Tosh listened to which areas of my back I was having problems with and did a thorough assessment before explaining the options to me. He did a fantastic job, particularly on my neck and shoulder region which left me feeling taller (I work at a computer so I hunch!) and able to move this area more freely. He also suggested some tips which could help me further. Tosh is very professional, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend him.
