Donna is fantastic and genuinely goes above and beyond. She gave me honest advice about improving the condition of my very fine hair instead of just pushing treatments or charging for a full cut when I only needed a very small trim. Her pricing was very fair and really showed integrity.
She also suggested I stop using straighteners and consider a Dyson hairdryer, but instead of just recommending it, she brought her own in from home the next day so I could try it before spending the money. She showed me how to use it properly, recommended products, and explained how to protect my hair from heat.
It’s rare to find someone who is this honest, helpful and genuinely cares about their clients. I walked out feeling very well looked after. Highly recommend.
