Velvet is so understanding and pays close attention to what I want for my brows to look naturally clean for a guy. As a man, she has made me feel at ease getting my brows waxed and has even given me advice on my skin, which has never been better. Plus, she is medically trained which is a bonus.

Had a brow wax and Botox/injectables done by Velvet here - as a man I wanted a natural look and she delivered beyond expectation. She’s medically trained so her understanding of anatomy is crucial as she knows exactly what to do so I had no reason to worry. The skin boosters really helped improve the dullness in my face and gave me a great glow. I would highly recommend her as the experience was extremely comfortable and relaxing!

I've been going to Velvet for a while now and honestly I wouldn't trust anyone else. She does my brows, my lashes using the Korean lift technique, microneedling, skin boosters, and chemical peels. And she does all of it brilliantly. What sets her apart is that she's medically trained, so you're in genuinely safe hands every single time. She's not just a beauty therapist — she's a real specialist who takes her work seriously. I've never felt the need to go anywhere else, and I genuinely can't imagine doing so. If you're looking for someone who is thorough, knowledgeable, and consistently delivers results, Velvet is your person. An absolute must.

Shelley made me feel comfortable straightaway, really listened to what I wanted and kept checking as we were going along that I was still happy. She was absolutely brilliant and I am very happy with the result and experience.
