Worst manicure and pedicure I've had in a very long time. Men's treatment, so a basic service to start, but they didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself. Pedicure: trimmed my toenails, lightly rubbed a exfoliating scrub all over and that was it. Water was lukewarm, not that my feet were allowed in the water for more than a few seconds. Manicure/shape&buff: overworked my cuticles, painfully tearing a couple of them. Trimmed my fingernails unevenly. No buffing. The venue was clean. Staff were pleasant, I just don't think they knew what they were doing.
