I awarded my pedicure for stars, the treatment was very good although massage and cuticle/dry skin removal was brief and could be slightly more thorough. Overall a good treatment and I would recommend.

They cancelled my appointment 1 hour before I was due to attend. They said they accidentally double booked but wouldn't take me and chose a regular client. Poor customer service.

They weren't prepared for my arrival and had to stay open an hour later than their opening hours to accommodate my booking which was nice.
However, the treatment, for lack of a better word, sucked. The steam wasn't working, extraction lasted all of 90 seconds, two of the products gave me a burning rash, and there was no sign of expertise. It felt like the beautician had never done a treatment before and she spent half the session trying to sell products to me which were giving me skin reactions. I was left unconvinced and unhappy.
