I had an appointment after work at 5, and the lady doing my gel manicure was lovely. However, the place seemed under staffed as she had to keep stopping to open the door and talk appointment calls. The led machine also stopped working and we had to switch to another one. The quality of the manicure is okay- but my left hand has some tiny bits stuck in the polish. Overall, it was ok, but it definitely wasn’t work £30 manicure/experience.

I thought it was going to be a reasonable price with the treatwell discount, but when I arrived I was told I’d have to pay an extra £15 for shellac removal which I think is unreasonable. Given I’d been kept waiting almost 20 mins I decided to go ahead, but I wasn’t impressed with the manicure given the price tag which ended up being over £40 - it’s already chipped on a few nails which doesn’t usually happen to me.

Charged 30 GBP for 7 min treatment. The treatment I received was not the 35 min treatment described on Treatwell. Staff understanding of the expectations where in disagreement with treatment purchased via Treatwell excused her self by saying that she explained at arrival that it was 20min treatment only. Of which because I was 8 min late, I only received 7 min. I stated multiple times that I was concern that it was a mistake and I was assured that I was mistaken. Cannot emphasise enough the poor quality service.
