Charged 30 GBP for 7 min treatment. The treatment I received was not the 35 min treatment described on Treatwell. Staff understanding of the expectations where in disagreement with treatment purchased via Treatwell excused her self by saying that she explained at arrival that it was 20min treatment only. Of which because I was 8 min late, I only received 7 min. I stated multiple times that I was concern that it was a mistake and I was assured that I was mistaken. Cannot emphasise enough the poor quality service.

Lovely place. Lovely staff. Prices a bit steep even with treat well discount. But no complaints about sevice. Everything else was perfect. Would visit again :)
