Changed the person who was supposed to do my treatment last minute without informing me. The massage was not great I am in more pain after it than I was before it. I told the lady that the pressure was too much for me as I rarely get massages but she continued using the same pressure. The salon sends a consultation form to fill but I think this is more a tick box exercise and not actually read by them as in that I specified preferences and none of them were followed. Won’t be coming back her
