Ruth was nice but didn't really speak at all, didn't ask how the pressure was or explain anything. The massage didn't feel like she was qualified. The room is also very small with an uncomfortable bed, harsh lighting and people making noise outside.

Manicure was great and good value- would have liked a bigger choice in varnish colours.
Gel Nails Manicure
The staff were really friendly, the room was unfortunately quite noisy during the massage as I could hear the hairdryers quite loudly from upstairs. The massage was very nice but could have been more thorough. A very welcoming atmosphere.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
Pedicure was nice but it started 40 minutes late which was really frustrating!
