Unfortunately I've asked for one hair style and ended up with a totally different one. The hairdresser responsible was rude and unprofessional when I asked him to modify some areas that I didn't like, and when he asked if everything was okay and if I liked my hair I had to tell him that no and if he could change some parts and there was when he really didn't want to listen of what I've asked as the customer. Unfortunately I would never comeback again.

The place is really pretty, the staff is friendly and really spoils you. They look after your coat and offer you hot drinks, a lovely touch especially in the cold weather. Kida was adorable, she really looked after me and made me feel welcomed. She is happy to chat and also gives you some quiet time to relax and just feel pampered. I’ll definitely be back because the service was amazing and the quality great ❤️
