To be honest it wasn’t a fantastic experience. There was a big language barrier between myself and the hairdresser which meant I had no confidence in what he was going to do so instead just ended up just asking for a trim. When he was using the heat protection spray the spray function wasn’t working so instead he unscrewed the bottle and used the tube inside to stroke it into my hair - not what you expect at the salon.
